2-day Introductory courses in traditional Buddhist
Insight meditation
These courses give a good grounding for those with some previous meditation experience in this tradition who are interested in small group guidance.

One-day Taster courses in Vipassana Meditation
These one-day courses are for those who wish to have a basic understanding and initial experience of traditional Buddhist Insight Meditation.
They are non-intensive and interactive courses
and workshops for beginners. 10 am – 4 pm
The courses include some cultural background information plus a theoretical overview of the Noble Eightfold path and how meditation is a part of that. There is also instruction for and practice in walking and sitting meditation with feedback.
Course fees are 4,500 Baht per person
The maximum number of students is four.
2-day Introductory courses in traditional Buddhist Vipassana meditation
These two-day courses are for those who wish to have more understanding and greater experience of traditional Buddhist Insight Meditation and are interested in small group instruction.
They are non-intensive and interactive courses
and workshops. 10 am – 5 pm
The courses include some cultural background information plus a theoretical overview of the Noble Eightfold path and how meditation is a part of that. There is also instruction for and practice in walking and sitting meditation with feedback.feedback.
Course fees are 8,000 Baht per person
The maximum number of students is four.

the start of workshops and courses.

Sessions are conducted in English
with some translation into Thai if necessary.
Accommodation is not available at the House of Dhamma but there are guest houses,
hotels and hostels within easy travelling distance. You can walk to several of them.
